HARD SHELL CLAMS

​Hard Shell Atlantic Clams are harvested all year long.

They are also known as Quahogs or Little Necks, Top Necks, and Cherry Stones. However, these names are a reference to their size.

​They can be enjoyed on the half shell (raw) or cooked (Steamed, Baked, or Boiled)

- No by-catch as each Clam is dug or raked
